"On Demand" Citizens: e-government at high speed

5/25/2005 | PresentationPresentation  | John Horrigan

Presented to FedWeb conference at George Mason University

This presentation focuses on data from the project's "How Americans Get in Touch with Government" report and puts those findings in the context of high-speed internet users. People use various means to contact government, but the growth in recent years in broadband adoption at home has implications for designers of e-government.
